Who does not want the arms and buttocks beautiful, tight and not sagged? Much you can do to get the arms and buttocks beautiful, ranging from treatments that reach the pockets deep enough and there are also treatments that cheap and easy as it can be done at home. All you need is a little time in the day plus equipment – sports equipment such as barbells with a weight of at least 1 kg. Perform the movement – this movement to get the toned arms and buttocks. Are you ready?

* There are some simple movements to form a sleeve, with biceps curl exercise. For this exercise you can use also a pair of barbells or dumbbells length. Exercises can be done in a sitting position or standing.

* Other movements dumble alternated curl. You do this by holding a barbell in both hands and lift it as quickly as possible. And then the while exhaling, slowly lowered weights. Both hands should be moved alternately as many as three sets or 30 times. But it must be remembered, do not let your back bend!

* To beautify the buttocks, stand up by holding the barbell on upper back. Both legs shoulder-width apart. Both knees slightly bent, then lower your upper body almost parallel to the floor. Pause, then raise your body back to starting position. Repeat eight times.

* Stand upright with a barbell on upper back. Both legs shoulder-width apart. Keep your back straight and head upright. Repeat the squat until your thighs almost parallel to the floor. Stop for a moment and then return to starting position and perform this movement as much as eight times.

* Stand upright with a barbell weight on the upper back with your legs shoulder-width apart. Keep your back straight and head upright. Step right foot forward. Lower the body until the thigh is almost parallel to the floor. Rest a while and then return to starting position and do the same but this time to change into the left foot in front. Do it alternately as much as eight times per leg.
